Agreement

By using https://thebeauzaar.com and other BEAUZAAR websites or apps (including TCGzaar, Tagzaar, and future BEAUZAAR products), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Our services

BEAUZAAR provides a brand hub, product waitlists, links to shops and content, and software tools for collectors and sellers. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time. Some products listed on this site are not yet publicly available.

TCGzaar

TCGzaar (tcgzaar.com) is software with Free and paid capacity plans that helps TCGplayer sellers manage inventory, physical batch locations, pull sheets, and related workflows. By using TCGzaar you also agree to the following:

• TCGzaar is available to use. Google sign-in may be required to access the app.
• Free includes all current seller tools for up to and including 10,000 physical cards. Paid plans add inventory capacity; future services such as scheduled automation may be priced separately. Limits count current physical singles inventory, not cumulative imports. Sealed Stock Tracker is a separate ledger. No automatic capacity upgrades or per-card overage charges apply.
• At the inventory cap, or above Free capacity after a subscription ends, existing tools, fulfillment, and exports remain available. Ordinary stock additions require a larger plan or reduced inventory. Cancellation does not itself request account deletion. The inactive Free inventory archive policy still applies.
• Accounts record a feature-entitlement version so existing benefits can be preserved when offers change. New services are not automatically included in older versions. Custom capacity applies to the agreed active subscription and price. Existing subscriptions are not automatically repriced when public prices change; this is not a lifetime price or future-feature guarantee. Any later change to an existing subscription will be communicated with any notice required by applicable law; a new public price alone does not change your agreed subscription price.
• Eligible paid plans may include a capacity trial (typically 14 days; promotional extensions may apply). A payment card is required for a paid trial and billing begins after the trial unless canceled. Review actual prices, renewal and trial conditions at checkout. Stripe processes billing, and you can manage or cancel through Settings. Contact support about refunds; this does not limit applicable consumer rights. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the agreed interval until canceled. Cancellation takes effect as shown in the billing portal. Stopping use, clearing browser data, or requesting data deletion does not itself cancel a subscription; use the billing portal or contact support for help.
• You retain ownership of inventory and business data you upload. You grant BEAUZAAR a license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve TCGzaar.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you import and for your compliance with TCGplayer seller policies. BEAUZAAR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with TCGplayer. TCGzaar does not guarantee that exports or imports will stay in sync with TCGplayer or prevent fulfillment errors.
• CSV format requirements and feature availability may change. Plan limits (such as card counts) apply as described in the app.

Tagzaar and future products

Other BEAUZAAR products may launch over time. Unless we publish separate product-specific terms at launch, those products are governed by these terms. Product-specific features and billing will be described in the app or at checkout.

Accounts

Some BEAUZAAR services let you sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information and use our services only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services
• Submit false information or spam waitlists, support, or forms
• Use our services to violate any law or third-party rights
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission
• Upload content you do not have the right to use or that infringes others' rights

Third-party services

Our sites link to external shops, social networks, and platforms. We also use service providers such as Google (for sign-in), Supabase (for data and authentication), Stripe (for billing), and Vercel (for hosting). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. You may cancel paid subscriptions through Stripe. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue a service. Data handling after termination is described in our privacy policy.

Disclaimer

BEAUZAARservices are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEAUZAAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid subscription is limited to the fees you paid to BEAUZAAR for that subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
